The Shari’ah Committee of Asas Makeen Real Estate Development and Investment Company has confirmed that the company’s objectives, assets, and liabilities do not involve anything that contradicts the provisions of Islamic Shari’ah. Therefore, there is no Shari’ah objection to subscribing to its shares. The committee consists of a distinguished group of scholars specialized in Islamic jurisprudence and financial transactions, and it continues to supervise the company’s compliance with Shari’ah guidelines.
